I am a travelling Druid journeying in my van, Rowan of the Red Moon, carrying a small sacred sanctuary for reflection, healing, and inner journeying through pathworking and sound. I have practised Druidry for many years, guided by Awen, the flowing spirit of inspiration. With 15 years in healthcare as a dietitian and remedial massage therapist, alongside not-for-profit work and hospital service in India, my path is grounded in compassionate, trauma-informed care.
