Energetic Herbalist + Naturopath consultations with Elle explore the physical, emotional and energetic patterns underlying women’s health concerns. Sessions may support hormones, menstrual health, fertility, perimenopause, stress, burnout and nervous system regulation. Drawing on naturopathy, herbal medicine and over 10 years of shamanic practice, Elle takes an intuitive, whole-person approach to understanding the body and creating personalised support. Where appropriate, energetic and shamanic principles may also be woven into the consultation.
Elle is a qualified Naturopath and Herbalist, registered Breathwork Practitioner and Shamanic Healer. Her work weaves together natural medicine, breathwork, energetic healing and traditional shamanic practices, with a particular focus on women’s hormones, cycle health and womb wellbeing. Elle has been immersed in shamanic study and apprenticeship for over 15 years and brings a grounded, deeply intuitive approach to supporting women through physical, emotional and energetic healing.
