Slavic Yoga & Women’s Health. This offering is a unique integration of Slavic-inspired movement practices with evidence-based pelvic health physiotherapy. While pelvic floor education is often delivered in a clinical or disconnected way, this workshop brings it into an embodied, culturally rooted experience. The concept draws from Kasia’s background as a physiotherapist trained in both Europe and Australia, combined with an interest in traditional feminine movement and holistic body awareness. It creates a bridge between modern clinical knowledge and intuitive, ancestral movement practices, offering women a way to understand their bodies that feels both safe and meaningful.
Participants are invited to wear comfortable, flowing clothing that allows free movement. You may also like to bring a sarong or a light scarf to support the movement and grounding aspects of the workshop. The session will be held barefoot where possible, to encourage connection with the body and the ground.
