Connecting to the Prana, the life force flowing through from our ancestral line like a river it flows deep inside of us. In this process of connecting to our ancients, our great grandmothers, we acknowledge and accept there may have been hardship and trauma running through the line. We let that go and We focus on WISDOM, LOVE and GRATITUDE for the life that was given, the sacrifices made. By acknowledging those women who carried us as a potential deep inside their bodies and hearts, we appreciate the GIFT of LIFE received. By gathering in circle and connecting to the ancestral field we journey into our hearts finding strength love and support.
