Dr Jess Manuela is a palawa woman from Lutruwita (Tasmania), dentist, business owner, and passionate advocate for wellbeing, connection, and courageous leadership. As Founder and Director of Dental South, she has built a thriving healthcare business grounded in community, care, and human connection.
Jess brings a unique blend of strategic leadership and authenticity, shaped by her experiences in healthcare, business, culture, and advocacy. She is passionate about creating spaces where women feel safe to exhale, reconnect with themselves, and remember that success and softness can coexist.
She also serves as a Director of the Indigenous Dental Association Australia and the Hobart Birth House, reflecting her commitment to community, advocacy, and creating meaningful impact for women and families. As a board member of Wild Within, Jess is honoured to help shape experiences that support women’s wellbeing, growth, and belonging.
