  • What is the capacity of WVF

Wild Village is a small, boutique festival because we believe in creating an intimate, safe space for people.

We want the Wild Village to feel like coming home. We want it to be big enough to feel as though we are part of a movement, but small enough to leave with strong, deep connections to our Sisterhood. We want it to feel like a family, a community, a Village. Therefore, spaces are limited! We expect capacity to be 3-400, with a maximum of 500.

  • Do I need to print my ticket?

If you can, please have a copy of your ticket + any add ons via the scan code on your phone. If you do not have access to a phone or device, please print your ticket and bring along. Your ID must match the name printed on your ticket.

  • Is Wild Village an inclusive space?

We welcome all women in resonance with sisterhood, regardless of (and not limited to) age, race, religion, ability, sexuality or medical status. By attending our events you agree to treat each other with kindness, respect, and uphold values of non-discrimination.

  • What facilities are there at the event site?

Toilets are located throughout the grounds and will be shown on the festival map. There are a few showers available. There will be drinking quality water available for refilling water bottles during the event.

  • When will the schedule be available?

Due to the collaborative nature of this event, and life happenings, the schedule will be available 2 weeks before festival to ensure accuracy. Please note, it may be subject to change.

  • Booking Therapies

Some of our therapists have a booking link on the website where you can book and pay directly, others you will book and pay direct at the festival.

Please remember to book early to avoid missing out!

  • First Aid

There is a first aid kit available in the Elixir Bar. We have trained first aid staff onsite at all times. For anything beyond basic care needs, please alert a staff member so you can safely leave to seek medical assistance close by in Northam.

  • Phone Service

There is limited Telstra & Optus service available onsite, but we have found it can be very sketchy so please don’t rely on it. Vodafone advises they have no coverage.

  • Are there EFTPOS facilities available?

Most market stall holders, therapists and our elixir bar will have eftpos facilities but due to service dropping in and out- please bring cash just in case!

  • Are fires permitted?

Due to fire restrictions, no open flames are permitted.
