Preference will be given to those who put thought and effort in to creating a magical space for our women to relax All approved therapists will provide a quality photograph (no hats/sunglasses- front facing) and a short blurb outlining their offering within 7 days of application approval, for use in promotion and social media. Approved therapists are excited to cross promote our event and may use approved images/posters/photographs which will be emailed or sent to you via social media. Each approved therapist will be part of our beautiful Zen Zone. You will be allocated a 3m x3m space (can be negotiated upon request). Applicants must provide their own gazebo/bell tent, gazebo weights, massage tables, seating, towels, tables, styling décor, signage etc to be self sufficient and hygienic- there is no power available. All approved applicants will take full responsibility for the security of their stall during the whole event. You are welcome to have up to 2 people sleep within your therapy space overnight if you prefer. Therapists MUST be able to trade between 9am-5pm on both Saturday and Sunday and 9-12 on Monday (longer hours are welcome at your own discretion). Bump in is on Friday between 12-3 and bump out between 2-5 on Monday. We are an eco friendly event. Please ensure all goods are made from organic or reusable materials, no single use plastic or plastic packaging. Our event is 'leave no trace' please take all your rubbish with you. If you have your own booking and payment system in place, please provide a link where attendees can prebook their space. We anticipate therapists will book out fast! All therapists must have their own PLI and email a copy upon approval of application. Applications close on the 18th March. We will respond no later than April 5th. If you are successful in your application, all payments must be made within 5 working days to secure your spot. Full terms and conditions will be sent via email. For a immersive experience and in support & respect for all contributors and offerings, therapists agree to stay onsite throughout the duration of the event (23th-26th Sep). Therapists believe in the ethos of Wild Village and promise to conduct their offerings with the upmost amount of care, respect and integrity. They are proud to be part of this soulful event and will want to share it within their networks in order to build a close and aligned community that represents inclusion, growth, love & joy. Therapy application fee includes a 4 day camping & festival ticket.
