Lucy has a degree in Human Biology and Biomedicine, Honours in Medicine, a Grad. Dip. in Education and 15 years of experience as a performing artist and sexual health educator. As a recognised expert in menstrual education, she is the author of the bestselling Period Queen published internationally, the creator of award winning theatre show My Greatest Period Ever and she has been featured across platforms and publications such as Mamamia, TEDx, The Guardian, ABC, Dumbo Feather, Marie Claire, The Sydney Morning Herald and many more. Through her workshops, music, podcasts, TEDx performances, online courses and her book, she has empowered 1000's of people to see their cycle as a source of pride and strength with engaging and entertaining educational experiences that enrich the lives of those with menstrual cycles.
Dr. Aurora Sheehy (CM) is a Naturopath Acupuncturist and Dr of TCM. She established High St Natural Health in Fremantle in 2002 . Her practice has evolved over these years within the deep care of her patients and their needs. Meeting her patients where they are has led her to create a unique system of healing . Within this system she employs ancient uses of plant medicines woven with Poly Vagal Theory and developed deep listening , which is informed by her experience of and training in trauma
