What is the price of your offering as a whole- NOT per person (to be discounted off your ticket)?

Your time to host the workshop as a whole- NOT per person. There is no way for us to gauge how many people will show up at your offering so this is for your time only. Please note, this is an intimate self funded event, therefore, our maximum exchange for each offering is a $300, per offering. If you are wanting to offer multiple offerings, please submit individual applications. If pricing of multiple offerings exceeds ticket price, facilitator can invoice Wild Within.

To be paid in cash (or by prior arrangement) by participant at the event and collected by facilitator.

What is the duration of your offering, including set up and pack down?

Wild Village is a safe, inclusive space and welcomes all women and those that identify as women, regardless of race, age, sexuality or vaccination status. Do you agree to be inclusive, gentle, thoughtful & open?

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY- All approved facilitators will provide a quality photograph (no hats/sunglasses- front facing) and a short blurb outlining their offering within 7 days of application approval, for use in promotion and social media. Approved facilitators are excited to cross promote our event and may use approved imager/posters/photographs which can be emailed or sent to you on social media. We are an eco friendly event. Please use organic or reusable materials, no single use plastic or plastic packaging. Our event is 'leave no trace' please take all your rubbish with you. Facilitators will provide everything they need to host a successful workshop (unless arrangements are made on application approval), including (if applicable) PA, props & materials. Facilitators take full responsibility for the security of their own property, props & materials. Facilitators agree to leave the venue they host in, clean and tidy for the next people to enjoy. Facilitators must have their own PLI and email a copy upon approval of application. Applications close on the 18th of March. Successful applicant will be notified no later than April 5th. Approved facilitators will be given a discount code -to the value of their offering- to use when purchasing their tickets. For a immersive experience, facilitators will want to take part in the full festival and in support & respect for all contributors and offerings, agree to arrive early (between 12-2pm on Friday), leave after the closing ceremony on Monday (4pm) and stay onsite throughout the duration of the event. Facilitators believe in the ethos of Wild Village and promise to conduct their offerings with the upmost amount of care, respect and integrity. They are proud to be part of this soulful event and will want to share it within their networks in order to build a close and aligned community that represents inclusion, growth, love & joy. Full terms and conditions will be sent via email upon approval of application.
